The requirements are proof enough that hard work does pay off. I think I received congratulatory emails from almost everyone who was being inducted! It is certainly a great honor and not just an award -- a REward for all the hard work -- research, writing, exams, labs, discussion board postings, and more -- that we did at Ashford. Accelerated classes certainly didn't mean "easier!" It only meant we had to learn more in less time.
